The Safety Valves are used to protect the pressurised equipments such as vessels, exchangers, boilers, pipelines, flowlines, pumps, compressors, and other equipments from over-pressure conditions. Acting as the last ‘’pressure’’ barrier, periodic testing is crucial to ensure the safe and proper functioning.

With Kemopier Engineering Tanzania, the safety valves calibration process is partially automated and reduces the possibility of human error. The system delivers accuracy and quality reporting. A calibration certificate is emitted for each safety valve, including the TBS (Tanzanian Bureau of Standards) certification, and a detailed report showing pressure trends, pressure rating, serial number, tags… The measurements are taken using a calibrated digital pressure gauge to ensure accuracy. Each reports and pressure trends are saved in our database in order to provide further assistance if needed.
